General Refund Policy Since our courses are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, Neumuuv Technology LLP maintains a strict no-refund policy except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Eligibility for Refunds A refund request will be considered under the following conditions:
One-Time Course Purchases: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that the user has not completed more than 20% of the course content.
2.1. Accidental Purchase: If a user accidentally purchases the same course multiple times, they must notify Neumuuv Technology LLP within 48 hours of the purchase. A refund will be issued for the duplicate purchase only.
Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If a user decides they no longer want the course after purchasing it.
Completed Courses: If a user has completed more than 20% of the course content, as tracked by our system.
Failure to Learn: Neumuuv Technology LLP does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, and refunds will not be given if a user is unsatisfied with their learning progress.
Discounted or Promotional Courses: Courses purchased at a discount, as part of a sale, or using a promo code are non-refundable.
Unauthorized Purchases: Refund requests for purchases made using stolen or unauthorized payment methods will not be entertained by Neumuuv Technology LLP.

Review and Processing
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In rare cases where a partial refund is applicable, Neumuuv Technology LLP will notify the user via email with the refund details.
